My journey into design began unexpectedly during my time at Fendi Korea, where I was tasked with improving an internal booking system. Although my role initially focused on customer relationship management, I quickly found myself drawn to the user experience challenges. Through conducting user research and refining workflows, I realized how design could deeply impact people’s lives. This experience not only sparked my passion for creating user-centered solutions but also aligned with my belief that fulfillment comes from selfless support and fostering collective prosperity.
