More About Me
How I started design
My journey into UX started without me even knowing what UX was. At Fendi Korea, I was asked to improve an internal booking system—no design brief, no framework, just "make it better." So I did what felt natural: I talked to people, watched how they worked, and started uncovering problems I didn't even know existed. That process of discovering hidden frustrations and solving them? I was hooked. It wasn't until later that I learned this approach had a name—UX design. Once I realized this was an actual field, I knew I had to learn it properly. I enrolled in a bootcamp, worked on projects with startups, dove into case studies, and eventually found my way to grad school. Turns out, I'd been doing UX all along—I just didn't have the language for it yet.
