Project Highlights
During my six-month internship at Fendi Korea, I led the redesign and usability enhancement of the internal booking system for an upcoming High-Profile VIP event. As the sole project owner, I collaborated closely with external developers to implement user-centered improvements tailored to the needs of sales assistants—the primary users. By conducting user research and identifying the root cause of inefficiencies in the previous system, I introduced key features such as auto-complete and confirmation screens. These enhancements streamlined workflows and reduced booking errors by 80%, significantly improving operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
